Shipping and Refunds
Our items are shipped by post and delivery will normally take less than 7 days *(within Australia; maybe longer if outside Australia) except for personalised bag tags which may take up to 3 weeks.
Please note that we are not responsible for any item that is lost or misplaced by Australia Post or other delivery service.
Postage and Handling is AUD$8.00 per delivery which may include more than 1 item.
